Salma Shah

Salma Shah was Special Adviser to the Home Secretary, Sajid Javid, from 2018-19. She was responsible for strategy and communication across the Department. She has served in Government since May 2014, in the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS).

Lewis Iwu specialises in campaigns, social purpose, presentation and debate coaching and building coalitions between corporates and NGOs. He is also a global public speaking and debating expert, having participated in or moderated over 1000 debates.

Andy McSmith has worked in the House of Commons as a political correspondent for the Daily Mirror, Observer, Daily Telegraph, Independent on Sunday and the Independent. He has written about and met every serving Prime Minister from Margaret Thatcher onwards.
Kate Conway

Kate has extensive experience as a producer, director and broadcast journalist in both radio and TV newsrooms. She was a programme editor as part of the all new Times Radio team, working with Daniel Finkelstein, Michael Portillo, Carole Walker and Alexis Conran.
Paul Richards

Paul Richards is a former special adviser to a government minister with over 20 years’ experience. He regularly trains individuals and organisations in the UK, but has also delivered courses in Tanzania, Kenya, Pakistan, Ghana, Croatia, South Africa and Iraq.
Tarsilo Onuluk

In his time in politics, Tarsilo has been a Constituency Office Manager and Chief of Staff for a senior Tory MP with oversight of nine team members. He has developed a proven track record of delivering for MPs, be it casework, representing the MP locally or organising events.
Jessica Levy

Jessica Levy has worked in the House of Commons and the House of Lords as a political and legislative adviser. She is a skilled bill manager, and has written academic papers on the legislative process. Since leaving Parliament in 2015, she has held a series of roles where she has put this insider experience and technical knowledge to use.
Jonny Ball

Jonny has run campaigns at every level of election, including local, National and European. He has been the agent to a current Secretary of State, and around 600 local council candidates; the advisor to a local authority leader, and is a specialist in multi-layered campaigns management.
Kamran Mallick

Kamran Mallick joined Disability Rights UK as its Chief Executive in July 2017. He is the former Chief Executive of Action on Disability, the Hammersmith-based disability organisation, where he worked for 13 years.
Robin Spinks
Expert trainer
Robin is Senior Innovation and Technology Relationships Manager at RNIB, where he leads the development of innovative strategic partnerships with the technology sector globally. He has also worked in the disability space for 20 years; for NGOs, the private sector and governments in Africa, South Asia and the Caribbean.
